i had my second go on lihong today.
i thought had improved bit by bit everytime i drove. and i always felt a tiny sense of accomplishment everytime i arrive safely and smoothly at my destination. but i got to know today that i had quite a few serious mistakes that i never really noticed. so i was quite disappointed to realise that i still drive recklessly and dangerously after such a long time. i'm sorry i wasnt careful enough, i never meant to cause any damage to him.

watched 赤壁 (Red Cliff) in the evening with my boy. it was much interesting than expected. there were quite a few funny dialogues and the scenery was spectacular.
however, i was quite shocked when the movie ended abruptly with a cliff hanger and at the most important part. nobody knew since it is the first day the movie started showing. and the wait for part 2 is another half a year!
but still, the movie is worth watching. after all, its the most expensive Asian movie (US$80m) and took a super long time to flim (not sure how long though).
i have to say that Takeshi outdid himself as Zhuge Liang, making the movie much livelier and Tony Leung as Zhou Yu is as good-looking as ever. but i never liked both the female supporting actresses.
