kbox-ed with jt, zl and kit on sat afternoon at leisure park. the service there was not bad, and its cheap too. $17.50 nett for students from 2-6pm and we got a drink and a plate of finger food each plus 2 plates of fruits! and they didn't chase us off when time was up so we sang till abt 7pm and left for chalet at downtown east.
i didn't know that downtown east changed so much and i'm stunned when i saw the new shopping mall! it is designed with colourful lights all over i thought there was a fun fair. the most exciting part was there is an indoor ferris wheel! i love the concept!

went to surprise suzanne at her house on sat night with guigui and minmin for an early birthday celebration! it was almost successful. almost. haha. chatted for awhile before returning to the chalet's bbq. sorry i missed almost all the bbq session. but then mahjong and gossiping was fun! meeting u girls again on sat to celebrate zl's bdae.
detoured to tampines mall today with my boy while waiting for lihong to be fixed to become shorter. and by luck we saw DOMOKUN on sale in one of the shops there! we were so lucky. right after i gave him a domokun cushion i bought on sunday. so we went in and helped ourselves with the domokuns. the sales person was quite helpful and friendly. i guess he is a domokun fan himself since he has this little domokun pouch he bought from hongkong. (*domokun is the cute little brown clock thing on the right.)
went to bugis after collecting lihong and watched Ironman. i thought it was quite a nice movie. the technology is really facinating and there were a few exciting parts. i know Ironman is a hero and he's not going to die, but it still made me feel really anxious! it made the movie more exciting and real anyway. hee. ♥
but the design of the bugis cinema 1 really sux. the seats are so low, and the backrest is too high. so the bottom of the screen will be blocked if i slouched. but even if i sat up straight, the tip of the head of the person in front of me will partially block the screen. awful design. they should upgrade or renovate it soon. in the end i had to tilt my head slightly to the right and watch between the seats. and i got a neck ache. IRONMAN HAS A LAST SCENE AFTER CREDITS! for the benefit of all who haven't watched. i missed it though.
GSS is coming soon but i'm still jobless so i really need to find one soon. there are too many things to buy. i'm going to call both companies tmr. set.
