apparently, majority people got these 2 answers:
mathematically, the correct ans is 10990.
however logically, there should be only 14 legs in total. 16 if the bus has a bus driver. because there's no way a girl would carry 7 bags. and even if each girl carries 7 bags, there's no way that each bag can fit 7 cats with 7 kittens each!
