my friend asked me a challenging qn today.. a lecturer from smu asked the students to analyze this..
there were 5 coloured hats in a box.
3 black, 2 white.
they each picked a hat and put it on. but they do not know the coulour of their own hat.
C is blind.
A & B both do not know the colour of their hats after look at the other 2.

However, when C was asked the colour of his hat, he knows the answer.
What is the colour of C's hat and why?
i nearly went crazy trying to slove this problem throughout stats lecture.. hahax.. and finally, after the lecture, while waiting for subway to open, we finally solved it!! at least we think that's the answer.. hahax.. and no, C is not pretending to be blind, and try to peep the colour of his hat.. hahax.. solve it??
