stupid stupid things always like to clash all together... irritating... now i have to think so hard to organise my timings all over again... why must i be informed like last minute and have all my plans all messed up... stupid..
early in the morning and there's so many things to irritate me.. and i really have to comment on singtel's service... such a huge company and they can't even manage their employees well.. what it wrong with their hotline service anyway.. to think they still have a automatic feedback after each call... and their service did not improve one bit..
i called twice within the last 2 months about the same problem of my modemn and they only made me restart it to check the connections and made me remove my micro-filter.. so the situation did not improve, and i called again.. same thing happen... only the third time i call and complained about the same situation then they bother to send a technician down to check...
what is wrong with the service line nowadays? and i really wonder how they train their staff... isnt customer service important? even if i were a difficult customer i dont think i should be talked to so impatiently.. and what kind of attitude are you trying to show, complaining or gossiping to your fellow collegues before the line is even dead.. or you assume that the person on the other side of the line is deaf...
seriously, they should do something about it before they lose their customers' confidence in them or tarnish their image...
